Donate to possibly help all libraries

Boing Boing ran a story of a group creating a book that will become an advocacy tool for libraries. Unfortunately, many people think the only thing a librarian does is put away books. Not only is this far from the truth but libraries , as well, are misunderstood. Now, I am not going to get up on a soap box and tell you libraries are more than a warehouse of books. I could go through all the amazing opportunities that libraries offer but I won't. Instead, I say, just go t o a library and find out. This book will attempt to highlight why libraries and their staff are so very important. Watch the video and if you are so inclined, donate.
